Apartment Maintenance Technician

This position is seeking more than a maintenance technician for traditional apartment complex it is seeking someone who loves serving tenants and keeping the complex with high curb appeal through great grounds management.

PrideStaff is sourcing candidates for our client, a Covington KY based complex. It is a medium-sized complex (only 86 units) as part of a leading property management firm located in our market.

Who you are :

• You have at least two years' of direct experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
• You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
• You are EPA certified.
• You have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work use.
• You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician :

• Complete work orders from apartment residents
• Use maintenance skills in HVAC, electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys
• Scheduled hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm plus on-call every other week-end.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
